EMERGENCY SERVICE!

Our Website Links above will take you to important information about us and your pet.
You may also print out and complete our Pet Information form in advance and fax, mail or bring it with you your first visit

FIRST VISIT
When bringing your pet in for a check-up, remember he may be a little uneasy about new people and animals. This is one of the reasons we ask that you restrain your pet before coming into the clinic.

We suggest animals be placed on a leash, in a pet carrier or held in your arms before entering the waiting room. Your pet and others in the waiting area will appreciate the extra care.

If you think your pet has a contagious disease, you should call us first with details-we may request your
pet wait outside until called for.

EMERGENCY SERVICE! - Phone 217 442 9009
Should you have an emergency requiring immediate
attention, please call our regular office phone number any time of day or night. If Dr. Schoon is unavailable at the time, you will be given specific instructions from a veterinarian taking his calls as to where to bring your pet.
